That leaves $69.00, or $19.71 per hour for this example before taxes and other costs. These are invented inputs, not typical earnings or a recommended cost rate.
What should I check before deciding?
- Use only the payout and tips you actually know, and keep uncertain amounts separate.
- Include pickup and likely return miles, not only the displayed distance.
- Use your own vehicle cost and your own target, not the sample rate.
- Check that the item fits your vehicle and any lifting or loading requirements.
- For a block, compare a range of possible miles and time, because the final route may not be known.
