Account and Data Deletion

ProfitPin users can request permanent deletion of their account and associated data. There is no charge.

Delete from the ProfitPin app

1. Sign in to the ProfitPin account you want to delete.
2. Open Driver Profile.
3. Open Delete or export my data.
4. Choose Delete ProfitPin account, review the warning, and complete the confirmation shown in the app.

The authenticated flow submits the deletion request for the signed-in account. Export anything you want to keep before confirming.

Request deletion without the app

Email drivers@profitpindrivers.com with the subject “ProfitPin account deletion request” from the email address connected to your account. If you cannot email from that address, explain why. We may request limited information to verify that the account belongs to you.

Google Play subscriptions

Deleting your ProfitPin account does not cancel a Google Play subscription. Manage or cancel your subscription in Google Play to stop future renewals.

What is deleted

Deletion removes the ProfitPin authentication account and associated synchronized ProfitPin data, including profile and device records, business records, mileage, earnings, expenses, receipt metadata and private receipt files, consent decisions, and privacy-minimized synchronization diagnostics associated with that account.

Data stored only on your phone is not remotely accessible to us. Use ProfitPin’s local deletion controls before deleting the account, or clear ProfitPin’s app data or uninstall the app, to remove local records from that device.

What may be retained

We may retain limited records when required by law, to document prior consent or deletion, to resolve disputes, or to prevent fraud and protect the service. Retained information is restricted to those purposes and kept only as long as necessary.
